What if the item is out of stock?

We have been improving our system and supplier's relationship. Unlike other site, it is extremely low probability that you ordered item on our site will be out of stock.

 

Out of stock may happen some big holiday that the sale is huge and update is not in time. Though it is still very low probability that your ordered item will be out of stock, if it happens, we'll contact you immediately and will take action as the following rules,

 

Action	Description
Full refund	All you paid will be refunded. Delivery will be cancelled.
OOS item refund	Only the item out of stock will be refunded.The item in stock will be deliverd.
Change item	We will refund and you can change the item to another one.  Make sure you choose 'Item Change' and the shipping cost will be zero under  the conditions we stated on our website.
