How to track the shipping information?

Whether you are our member or not, an email containing shipping information will be sent once we get the track number from logistics company.
 
Most track numbers (no matter HongKong Post or other shipping method) can be tracked on the following page:

Furthermore, if you need more information, you can also track from the links listed in the following table. Please be informed that, there is a 2-4 business days timespan that the logistics company handles the package and makes the track available online.

What's the handling & shipping process and time after ordering?
 
As our member, you can get your shipping information by the following step:
1. Left click "My Account", get into the member account page.
2. In the right bar, left click "My Order" to list the orders.
3. Left click "View Order" to open the order detailed information.
